The North Star School is looking for an Office Manager for the 2022-23 school year. We are a looking for a person with the following attributes: flexible, personable, reliable, strong communication skills, technology savvy, hard worker, and professional. This is a year-round position that has an hourly wage, single insurance policy, sick leave, vacation leave, and annuity. -There is still time to sign up for the Summer Musical. The musical is for students currently in grades 2-8 and auditions for those that are registered are today at 3:30 PM or tomorrow at 6:00 PM in Miss Murchie’s classroom. Contact Miss Murchie with any questions.
The junior high track team will be competing at their first meet on Thursday, April 28. The meet is in Fessenden, with field events starting at 2:00 PM and running events at 3:30 PM.

Elementary Concert will be held on Tuesday May 3rd at 7:00 PM in the North Star Gym. Students should meet in their classrooms by 6:45 PM.

With the forecast for more snow and wind, the fact that roads are still closed or in poor shape, and we are prepared for distance learning we will distance learn again tomorrow. Reports we have heard is that it went pretty well today. We will see everyone back in school on Tuesday and hopefully finish the year in school. Thank you.

The North Star School will be using Distance Learning tomorrow. JH and HS classes will meet on Microsoft Teams at their regular times. Teachers remember to check in with your principal at the end of the day.
We will dismiss school today at 12:30 PM. If we do not have a significant amount of snow at that time we will run buses. After school daycare will run until 1:30 PM. No afternoon Pre-School. There will be an alert early this evening about tomorrow.
