Join us on October 7th for Pink Out Night! There will be a silent auction, 50/50, and cake walk with all proceeds going to TCMC Chemotherapy. If you are interested in donating to the silent auction, please contact Claire or Annabelle.
9th and 5th grade students recently had a chance to experience Scandinavian culture at the Norsk Hostfest in Minot. They were able to experience a wide variety of food, music, and shopping at the Nordic Marketplace.

Exciting day for six members from our FCCLA chapter! Team building at Camp Grafton for the district 2 planning meeting!
Deliciousness is on its way! We are running a fundraiser from September 15th to October 15th to raise money for the North Star Student Council. Funds raised will be used for all school activities, including attendance at the State Student Council Convention in December. The 8th grade attended the Fort Totten Living History Day at the Fort Totten Historic Site as the students walked around to nine different stations where they learned about the different history of the state. Some thing students learned was how to march, making butter, the fur trade, and building a tepee. The students demonstrated excellent listening skills and scored a 9.9 on the marching out of 10!
FIRST Lego League begins this week! Meetings are held in the shop classroom in the high school. Meetings this week will be: Tuesday, September 16 and Thursday, September 18 from 3:30 - 4:45.
FIRST Lego League is for students in grades 4-7. Elementary robotics (for grades 1-3) is scheduled to begin in April.
Our theme this year is Unearthed and will explore archeology.

Back-to-School Night is coming up quickly (August 18th 2025). Popplers Music will be at Back to School night for any parents who have 5th-grade students or any students who are interested in Band. He will have instrument rentals, information, and anything you can think of. If you have any questions or would like to schedule a specific time to meet with Popplers, please contact Mrs. Juarez.
