The North Star School is looking for a Superintendent or Superintendent/HS Principal for the 2023-24 school year. This is a 12-month position with a start date of July 1, 2023. Salary is based on experience. The position includes health insurance, personal leave, vacation time, annuity, 15.25% of TFFR is paid, sick leave, and payment of professional dues and admin conferences. Change in the schedule for tomorrow's GBB games at Starkweather. There will only be two games, JH and Varsity starting at 11:30 AM. Parent's will be introduced immediately after the JH game which will be at approximately 12:30 PM. Thank you.

This week we learned about Jewish religion and culture in the United States. What better way then to learn through food! The students made Challah and were able to nosh on it after 😋
We have some changes to tonight's Girls Basketball games vs. HWC. The JH GBB game is cancelled, B-Squad will now play 4 quarters (full game) starting at 5:45 PM followed by the varsity. The JH BBB team will now practice at the school starting at 4:00 PM.
On Friday, February 3, the GBB teams will play Harvey Wells County. The JH will start at 4:30 PM, B-Squad (only 3 quarters) at 5:45 PM followed by the varsity. The varsity game will start a little earlier since there are only 3 quarters of B-Squad.

The Boys' Basketball games that were postponed yesterday will be played tonight in Fessenden. The schedule is JH and Varsity starting at 5:30 PM. Bus will leave at 3:15 PM. Thank you.
The weather conditions out west are becoming a mess in a hurry. Therefore, the games scheduled for Fessenden today have been postponed. After school activities are canceled (Varsity GBB players that live in Cando will have a shoot around after school). To allow our buses to travel in complete daylight we will dismiss school at 2:45 PM. There will be after school daycare, but we recommend that you pick your child up as soon as possible. Thank you.
