-JH FB vs St. John today at 4:30 PM.
-Student Council Meeting tomorrow at 8:10 AM in the gym
-VB at Our Redeemers tomorrow with three matches (C,B,A) starting at 5:00 PM, that bus will leave at 2:15 PM.
-Regional Golf on Wednesday at King’s Walk in GF at 10:00 AM. They will leave at 7:15 AM.
-Late start of 10:00 AM on Wednesday September 15th. There will be morning daycare for those that signed up for morning daycare, there will not be breakfast, and the school doors will not open until 9:45 AM.
-VB vs Four Winds on Thursday with four matches (JH,C,B,A) starting at 4:00 PM.
-PWGBB in Munich on Thursday with two games starting at 4:30 PM. That bus will leave at 3:20 PM.
-FB at Maddock on Friday vs Benson County at 7:00 PM. That bus will leave at 4:30 PM.
-Mid-Term of the 1st quarter is on Friday and also the first grade check. Anyone failing a class on Friday will be ineligible for activities from September 20th thru the 26th.
-Lego Robotics will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 3:30 – 5 p.m. in room 106, beginning this week. Students in grades 4-7 are invited to participate. The regional competition will be in Grand Forks in January, with qualifying teams advancing to the state tournament in February. There is a registration form on the school website to sign up. See Mrs. Ramey if you have questions.
-High School (FRC) robotics will meet today during lunch (12:07-12:35) in the library. Students in grades 8-12 are invited to participate. We will be setting our calendar for the off-season and looking at new equipment. 8th graders and anyone not able to attend the lunch meeting, please let Mrs. Ramey know you are interested in participating.
-Traveling Award Winners: Peyton Gysbers for Dancing Giraffe and Amiya Bakken for The Masterpiece
People's Choice Winner: Tatum Elsperger for Oaktree Lane.
-The Cando Arts Council will be hosting the After School Art Club for students in grades 7-12 on Wednesdays from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
