The North Star Public School District #10 2026 School Board Election is scheduled for Tuesday, June 9th, 2026. Deadline to file for candidacy for a position on the School Board is Monday, April 6, 2026 by 4:00 p.m. Two (2) positions are up for election:
One 3-year term for Area 1 – Cando (Former Southern School District #8)
One 3-year term for Area 2 – Bisbee-Egeland (Former Bisbee-Egeland School District #2)
Candidates must reside within the boundaries of the area they wish to represent.
Individuals interested in running for the school board positions must complete both a Statement of Candidacy/Intent AND a Statement of Interests (SFN 10172) form. Both forms must be filed with the school business manager no later than Monday, April 6th, 2026, by 4:00 p.m., at which time the placement of names on the ballot will be determined.
