-There will be an FCCLA Fun Night for new and returning members tonight in Mrs. Swanson’s classroom @ 3:45 PM. (NOTE THE TIME CHANGE) There will be a small supper of chips and queso, we will be making tie blankets and another fun craft, and Mrs. Swanson is available to field any questions you might have about competing in STAR events this year. Bring your own pop or water!
-Reminder the FCCLA early bird entry for dues ends today. Please get your $25 into Tammie by today if you want to be entered into a drawing for a prize. Dues are officially due on October 3rd.
-Little Cat FB in Cando vs. St John today at 4:30 PM followed by JH FB vs. St John at 5:45 PM.
-First day of Preschool will be tomorrow.
-Lego League begins this week. This is for students in grades 4-7. We will meet Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30 PM – 4:45 PM in the shop classroom. Sign up on the school website.
-High School Robotics begins this week. This is for students in grades 8-12. We will meet Sunday at the armory from 2 PM- 6 PM. Please use the alley door.
-Data Meeting tomorrow at 7:30 AM.
-8th Grade will be attending the Fort Totten Living History Day at Fort Totten State Historical Site tomorrow. The bus will leave at 8:30 AM and return at 3:20 AM. Lunch will be provided.
-Girls Region Golf Meet in Devils Lake tomorrow at 9:00 AM, bus will leave at 7:15 AM. Please turn red slips in by 3:00 PM today.
-Volleyball (A,B,C,JH) in Cando vs. Four Winds-Minnewauken on Tuesday starting at 4:00 PM.
-School Board Meeting/Budget Hearing will be on Wednesday, September 17 at 7:00 AM.
-FCCLA Planning Meeting at Camp Grafton on Wednesday, September 17.
-Student Council Meeting on Thursday, September 18 at 8:00 AM.
-PWGBB at Rolla on Thursday, September 18 at 4:30 PM. The bus will leave at 3:15 PM.
-FB in Cando vs. Cavalier on Thursday, September 18 at 6:00 PM.
-JH VB at Devils Lake on Friday, September 19 at 4:30 PM. Bus leaves at 3:00 PM.
-Volleyball (A,B) at Cavalier on Friday, September 19 at 5:00 PM. Bus leaves at 2:30 PM.
-First grade check will be Friday, September 19 and continue each Friday. Make sure you are taking care of homework and talking to your teachers. Any student failing a class will be ineligible from Monday through Sunday. Students are welcome to come to the homework room in room 103 after school for a space to work or help if needed.
-9-12 grade students please let your teachers know if you are leaving campus for lunch today. Remember no driving and no riding with anyone other than your parents.
