Congratulations to Hunter Hagler on his state qualifying high jump. Way to go, Hunter!
The Annual Color Run is TODAY, Wednesday, May 14 at 3:00. School will dismiss and busses will run at 2:30 that day. Registration Fee starting today is just $5. There will not be a t-shirt for you, but you can still run. All proceeds will go to the Alzheimer’s Association.
Monday, May 19 there will be a Junior High Mini-Track meet at 4:30 PM. Join us on the track to watch your favorite track stars compete, and then join us in the cafeteria for Taco-in-a-Bag supper. This free-will offering supper will help us meet the cost of our new timing system. Come on out for a night of track fun!
Volunteer Opportunity to help at the Lil Cats 1st Annual 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament on Saturday, May 17 from 8:00 AM -12:30 PM. Sign up to be at the score table, referee, or run the clock. Sign up is in the office, and your help is really appreciated!
Our Spring calendar changes quickly and with short notice sometimes, especially when it comes to extracurricular activities. The very best way to keep up to date with this spring calendar of events is to click on the link at the bottom of the announcements. Don’t worry that it says “minto public schools”. It is North Star, but we are in the website’s “conference” that was set up with that name.
Reminder to HS students. If you are leaving the building for appointments or for anything out of the ordinary during the school day, please remember to sign out in the office. This helps with daily attendance that we must report to the state. Also a reminder that you DO need parent permission to leave…don’t forget to have your parents contact Tammie in the office if you’ll be gone!
